#2 translation please

I spent the last 3 days trying (once again) to understand kanji at the most basic level, and failed once again. I’ve got 4 more these. Please bear with me.

“如(麟)斉黯意”

 

The kanji in brackets might be a variant…can’t make out sense for the time being.
