文武二道如車两輪 – Both literary and military arts are closely connected with each other like two wheels.

The 3rd kanji looks different, but I think the inscription shows this poem.

吹毛匣裡冷光寒 – An excellent sword which could cut a blown (flying) hair will radiate a spiritual power, even if it is stored in a box.

外道天魔皆拱手 – Both fiends and demons stay away with folded arms.

It is said that the poem was composed by priest 天衣懐 (reading?) in China.
