Unusual Fuchi signature

Hi,

 

Can anyone help me with the signature on this fuchi? I think the signature is Yasuda Katanori but I cannot work out what the gold mei is?

By guesswork, the gold mei could be;

? gyoku Hoin + Kao (? 玉法印 + Kao).

 

Hoin means a priest or a title of a person of culture.
