Kiseru conundrum

Normally a silver kiseru, if marked, will be stamped somewhere 純銀 Jungin (pure/solid silver).

 

Here is one that says 純 Jun on the bowl section which may well indicate purity on its own, plus a symbol of crossed sickles(?) with the No.5 on the mouthpiece. Could this be the mark of a silversmith?
