Hi Edward. Some schools of gunnery might add an exhortation or poetic expression on the top of the barrel.

I am taking a guess at 雲竜 unryū until someone can refine it for you. Clouds and dragon(s). Dragon in the clouds? 
PS The second character is with 50% confidence.
