Need help with translation of my hozon papers

Hi, I just got my papers back for a katana I submit that came back with hozon attributed to

Kashu Ietsugu. If somebody would translate this for me it would be very helpful. I am including both sides even though I assume the info on the back isn't important I'd still like to know what it says. Thank you in advance.

Top cartouche gives the reference number 299584 and the date the application was received: - Heisei 20 nen 6 gatsu

17 nen - 17th June 2008

 

Under your name, in ink: Heisei ni ju nen ju ichi gatsu ni ju hachi nen, being when the kanteisho decision was confirmed, or the papers ready for return:- 28th November 2008, although looking at page one the actual date of Kantei was Heisei ni ju nen hachi gatsu ni ju ni nen = August 22nd 2008

What matters for you reads:

 

Unsigned katana; length: 2 shaku 1 sun 8 bu (66cm), attributed to Kashu IYETSUGU (IYETSUGU working in Kaga province). Hozon Token paper was issued by Nihon Bijutsu Token Hozon Kyokai on 22nd day of 8th month in the 20th year of Heisei (August 2008).

I'm sure you can read the name of the person, who handed in the sword for shinsa.
