Help identifying Tanto markings

Aaron,

in it's actual condition, the sales value may be 100 to 200 $, depending on what a buyer might see in it.. 

Perfectly restored by traditionally trained craftsmen, the value may increase up to perhaps 1.500.--$.

The restoration will cost you about $ 2.000.---.
