Help! fake or real gunto?

I need your help and your expert eyes to figure out if this is a real NCO gunto or just a fake.

 

What do you think about?

Yes it's a real type 95 NCO machine made shin-gunto.

Yes, I agree it is a real Type 95 but the blade is in very poor condition.

Another informative post - thanks! I'm new to the hobby, but based on past posts on this topic (Real vs Fake NCO swords) from Bruce and others, I was able to gain some knowledge and correctly guessed that it was genuine. Without the knowledge acquired from this forum, I wouldn't know. Bruce says he first looks at the Fuchi - good strategy!
