Well yes, but to tell you the truth, I am not 100% sure whether the last kanji should be 奥 (Oki, Oku) or 興 and whether they were interchangeable or indicated different smiths. Both are listed and you can read both Masaoki. The first part of the Mei is missing, but what is left on the nakago is....
