O-kissaki katana. What do you think?

Hello, I hope all are well. I purchased this katana some 10 months ago. Over all condition was a very difficult dark patina to see through. One area was clear enough to see Hada. I had it polished. This is what was found. Sorry pictures are not the best.

Its very difficult to state anything definitively but I would lean towards shinshinto. They experimented a lot with different hada being obtained by a combination of steels, with very broad, long, high contrast but devoid of ji nie, or on the contrary - with much black ara nie structures.
