The blade is 27” long and clean with no bends, chips or major flaws. The polish is decent, showing more wear toward the kissaki. Locking mechanism works fine. Tight Ito. Everything fits snug. NathanLM Posted April 22, 2020 Author Report Share Posted April 22, 2020 Gimei because it is signed Suishinshi Masahide and, according to one of the NMB experts, clearly not made/signed by him. There are none of the Arsenal stamps that would clearly indicate a machine made blade. It’s very possible this is traditionally made. I’m a newb and can not say for certain. More photos on request.
