Hello.

I represent this signature to you because new information could change the translation, so I appeal to your knowledge.

So is this a kaga no kami Kiyoshige or a

"Omi no Kami Kiyoshige", blade produced during the Kan'ei era (1624 to 1643) in Osaka.

Looks like Kaga no kami to me, but there isn't a Kiyoshige with this title on Markus Sesko's list:

You'll need to submit to shinsa to get an authenticity answer. In the meantime, how do the other aspects of the blade match up with the supposed mei?

Dear Rodriguez.

 

Hawley lists one Kaga Kiyoshige working around 1592, Kaga Komatsu Kiyoshige, though it does not suggest the no Kami in the mei.   Might this be the guy?
