Hi Dwain,

 

It looks like it has a little age, and has been relined and restored at some point, see where worm damage has been patched.

 

The colours of the blues have that deep intense look of Aniline dyes, so I would hazard a wild guess, the original artwork c.1920 and the relining c.1970's.
