I am not so sure that this is authentic. The style is based on the hammered brass koshirae that you see on export pieces for tourists, however even in those the execution of the aoi is typically done better than what we see here. An example of one of those koshirae below, but we have discussed these here in other threads.

The geometry of the blade itself is off, with the shinogi-ji being more narrow than what we would see in an authentic but broken sword. The hamon is also off. I suspect that the entire piece is a fake.
