I understand, it is hard for me as this is not one of my hobbies. I only know that my grandpa brought it back after fighting. I do not know any info about these types of swords. Like i said earlier, once I graduate college, I will be able to have some work done on it. Others have told me to only take it to a trained Japanese swordsmith, in about a year or so I will be able to. I will message on here where to send it when i get to that point. One guy said on youtube that he can help me. I dont know about anything, so i would need to message here and get others opinions before i do something. Thanks for your message.
