Imho, not that iv looked lately but I would guess $ 5k to $8k Usd depending on the tosho, and pre or post 1940 will play a small part

Thanks Stephen, I saw many posts in this forum for that seller...I am not confident enough to find one with him after reading those posts

He does have a reputation doesn't he I'm not standing up for him but he moves tons of swords. At least as many has he has on now. Every week...the cleaning up of hamon to pop most worrisome. That said he has sold some major swords one has to know what one is buying chin up chip chip cheerio! Hence the homework!

Hello:

 I try to avoid comment on blades for sale, but viewing it as a request from a newer NMB member I would like to underscore the excellent suggestion from the ever helpful Ray Singer posted above. It does look like a very nice sword, Yasutoku/Yasunori being one of the two original smiths at the Shrine. Koshirae as seen are not to be preferred to flawless original shin-gunto as it would originally have had, but the quality of the mounts seem fine. Don't be put off by the copper habaki as it is the original one for the blade and worth preservation its self.
