Translation Help With Grass Writing Mei Please

Hello.  I could use help with this mei that is written in grass writing.  Grass writing is difficult (or impossible) for most of us--including me!  Can someone help?

Leaving the date as a spoiler if anyone wants to have a go

 

皇紀二千六百二年冬  Kōki 2602 Winter. (I don't know why the last two looks funny. Maybe its actually a very cursive and abbreviated "four". Or maybe it is following the calligraphy rule of: whenever you repeat a kanji in a line, make the second kanji distinct from the first.
