Harukichi Knife, Vintage?

MAWASHI,

did you try looking for HARUYOSHI? It seems the name appears at SUGIYAMA's knife shop for KAMIZORI:

Knife store Sugiyama: Haruyoshi Japan 剃刀(かみそり).

Your DEBA knife needs a lot of attention. There are tutorials on YouTube on how to restore it.

By the way, is MAWASHI your real name?

It has the characters "Harukichi" on it...so unless someone is making knock-off kitchen knives now, I suppose there's a reasonable chance that it's your guy.

I can't find a reference but an old vintage 70's blade with the same mark and nothing else. Well it's sharp. Thanks Dan.
