Funny Announcement

Regional domains give search engines a signal that they interpret to various degrees. So what you see in whatever region you're in is indeed filtered highly tailored to where you live. It's possible to go one way, which is to fine tune a regionless domain name for a region, but not possible to go the other way which is to tell them that it shouldn't be geolocated. I didn't like the asymmetric search results so I moved to a .com.
