I picked this blade several weeks ago, it's in nice polish.

 

Signed: WAKASA (no kami) FUJIWARA UJIFUSA

Cutting edge: 21 1/2" 

Sori: 5/8"

Width 1 1/8"

Hada: Itame

Hamon: appears to be shallow notare

 

I believe this is 2nd generation UJIFUSA 1558-75, UJI18
