Help With Translation Of Judgement Papers?

Hello everybody i have recently bought a wakizashi from a friend of mine with judgement papers.

He had won the sword on ebay for less than 500 $.

But he did not knew anything about the sword so if there is anybody who can help me out with this?

I want to know who made it and when it is made?

Where in what provence etc etc.

The last link you have sended is exactly the sword i have.

That is the one my friend had won on ebay. He told me he had won it for 5 or 600 $. So it is a very fair price. And you can see the pictures of the blade.

He had mailed the seller a few times but did not get a reply.
