A rare military sword like this--with the Manchurian Railway symbol on the nakago--is a must for military collectors. Two of these swords sold in the last year on eBay--one guy got $8500 OBO, so I suppose he got, what, at least $6000--maybe $6500? The second guy got $7200 straight. I bought this sword right, and price my swords to move as quickly as possible--usually just a day or two to a few weeks. $4995.
