Gunto Mei- Kiyo?

Hey guys! Just picked this up from a show. It looks like the first character is Kiyo,but I cannot make out the rest. Any ideas?

The smith is Nagamura Kiyonobu. He was a smith who made traditional and non-traditional blades and worked in Seki. If I remember correctly he was a rikugun jumei tosho.

Thanks Joe! Did a little research on him, as well. Not as famous but it appears that he made a few good quality gendaito. The one I bought appears that way with a wild, gaudy choji like hamon, but unfortunately has two hagire in it C'est la vie!
