At work so no access to text books, so definitely a last attempt, going for  :::cue drum roll:::   Wakasa Fuyuhiro

I was actually thinking shinsakuto.  Apparently, Yoshindo is considered gendaito by definition.  The consensus seems to be Shin Shinto, so I will take one more stab at it, Yokoyama Sukenaga.  His father, Sukehira trained in the Soshu tradition.

We have  winner! Muramasa, signed, NBTHK papers....

 

Very unusual work for his group. The hamon at first blush appears to be a large, Ishido school choji, similar to that also often made by Ono Yoshimitsu, but close inspection shows that the hamon is more a midare-notare with the choji like elements actually in the ji forming a hitatsura more like Akihiro or Hiromitsu.

 

Interesting blade. I hope this was of interest....
