The sexagenary cycle used here is permitted under the RJT signing and dating rules, The rules are as posted by Brian in the "Articles" link.

The sexagenary cycle is published in many books such as Papinot's Hist. & Geog. Dictionary of Japan and also in my 1980 edit. of Tokuno Toko Taikan...and many other books.

Kiyoshi san, Thanks you for the info from Uchiyama.

Regards,

It is doubtful that much more, if any, information has been published about him. He was not a well known smith during the war and worked in an area that can best be described as rural, as compared to smiths who worked in or around Tokyo. Unfortunately, there is little info on a great many smiths of this type...

Hi,

The following pic is name list of The 1st Gunto Exhibition in November 1943.

The name of Kojima Hidemine appears in this list as a RJT smith.

Furthermore, the name of Zuiho(瑞峯) appears in the next line of this list.

Zuiho is another name of Shigefusa(重房),Hidemine's father.
