Tanto Mei

I wanted to get an exact translation of the mei on the tanto I purchased from Seki Swordsmith Kanefusa Fujiwara in 2012. (Please search my earlier posts to read the story of this tanto).

 

One side is his name, of course, but I would like help with the exact translation and see what he wrote on the other side of the nakago. I appreciate the assistance very much!

Thanks for that translation. Now I know the blade was made in Spring 2011, exactly a year before I purchased it.
