Sorry, I should have explained.

The TK 106 is "Toko Taikan" (Swordwork Compilation) by Ono page 106.

The Kanenaka listed is from 1558 and as yours is dated August 1457 it must be a different smith. The other one is from 1668 so also can't be yours.

I just commented that the 1558 signature shown in TK 106 looks very similar in style to the way yours is cut.

Toko Taikan was actually written by Tokuno, not Ono....Might be easier to find with the correct author.....

Mino Tô Taikan lists a Kanenaka around Bunmei (1469/1487) son of Kaneyoshi. No Oshigata.

Oh yes...my mistake, Chris is right, the author is Tokuno ...I had the book in front of me too! (brainfreeze), sorry.
