Only looking at the boshi with long kaeri..? Any opinions regarding if I’m on the right track.

Tight itame/mokume, bo-utsuri, jinei, chikei, suguba nio-deki, sunnobi o-tanto sugata(13.75”nagasa), with the partial mei all says oei bizen. Except the boshi, long kaeri but pointed... So yasumitsu as he descended from kozori or a smith from the chogi school? Or?
