Hi all, I am a newcomer to Japanese swords and not very knowledgeable. I have recently came across this sword. At first sight, it looks like a type 94 although I can be completely wrong. But the things that puzzle me the most are the number in the habaki and what looks like a chinese seal in the nakago. I have tried to look it up but to no avail. Not sure even if it is the true thing or a fake. Any help? I can include more photos if requested. Thanks in advance.
