  1. Thank you so much Shamsy! I have had these for probably 50 years or more and always wondered about them. Now I know they are the real deal. Will pass them on to my son.
  2. This one is lower quality. The blade is plated as may be seen in my poor quality pics. I can supply more pictures if necessary. My father in law went from the Aleutians to Luzon. I have a V-Mail in which he describes shooting a Japanese soldier and taking his sword. I assume one of these is it.
  3. My father in law was with the 7th Army and was an artillery liason on Luzon in WW2. He gave me two Japanese swords he brought back after the war was over. I am very ignorant about these swords. One looks cheaply made and the other is of better quality. Anything you fine folks can tell me about them would be most appreciated. I'll post one at a time with the better of the two first. I can supply more pictures if necessary.
