Blade length 582mm 22.91 inches
curve 14mm 0.55 inch
blade weight 648 grams
total weight 1224 grams
price 989 usd paypal
About this blade it is a edo period blade has a very thick mune for it's size it has some weight but it balances nicely, the tsuka bit loose so is the tsuba but all the fittings sport a fancy theme the fittings are really nice Quality shakudo kashira and fuchi with gold adornments gold plated habaki im pretty sure menuki are shakudo as well, the ito black silk nicely wrapped, saya coverd in leather like a gunto has a kurigata and a tachi style ring has 2 ways to mount it, the lacing securing the leather cover is damaged the saya does not hold the blade but does very tiny rattle the tip of the kissaki is chiped period damage and has two tiny chips on the blade but nothing a new polish could not fix but has one ware on the side very good sturdy blade overall .
