I just love the endless variety of animals and nature images , very restful, I can look at these works of art for hours.

Hello , I am new on here, I am just learning but have had an interest in the art of the Japanese sword and the art of the tsuba . I have included a photo without flash to try to show the iron 's natural patina, the sharper images are using a flash which has made them look darker. The shape is oval , the height is 67 mm , width 60mm , nakago ana 28mm thickness 5mm It has some 'bones' around the outside . I would be grateful for any ideas as to which era this might be.
