Per a question on the material, the canvas used for the prints is made by Hahnemuehle. Here are the specs below:
- 430gsm, 100% cotton
- Natural white, without optical brighteners
- Matt premium inkjet coating
- Acid- and lignin-free
- ISO 9706 compliant

I am assisting with the sale of a large collection of fittings focused on catfish as their motif. Recently I have been working with Ted Tenold (Legacy Arts) in offering high quality nihonto prints on canvas. Ted worked closely in partnership with Darcy, and some of the images will be recognizable as swords and fittings that were offered on Yuhindo in the past. Others are a swords that Ted and I worked together on more recently. Please see below for a list of prints that are presently available. The dimensions of these prints vary, and in the coming days I will update the gallery to include dimensions for each.

This appears to be a showato arsenal blade by Tsuguhiro. The blade itself dates to the 1940s (as you indicated). It is not a fully traditionally made Japanese sword, but is an authentic antique of that time period.

It appears to clearly have a boshi in the photos above. The kaeri is not very clear but I do see the boshi. Are you saying that it is missing in one part of the kissaki, or that you are not seeing the boshi at all?

Excellent, wide and thick Awataguchi Tadayuki wakizashi. Ubu and signed with a frosty nie-deki habuchi. Tight and healthy ko-itame with ji-nie. A flawless and perfect shinto blade, with silver foil habaki in fresh Japanese polish and shirasaya.

Yes, it is authentic (otherwise I would have indicated in my response). It is best to have a professional polisher evaluate for restorability.

Soshu Masamune. This is gimei (a fake inscription).
The paper is a torokusho, a sword license which does not authentic the mei.
