Menpo is signed: 友長 Well if you read right to left it’s 友長　Tomonaga, but left to right would be 長友Nagatomo. There was a Myōchin line Tomonaga with those characters 友長 in Sendai at the end of the Edo Period Tomonaga's affiliation with the Myochin can not be confirmed though.
