I have seen this folded style more often recently and I would like to know some about the style. Mainly who made these styles? whats the fold called (assuming there is a name for the act of folding any part of a tsuba) ? and whats the folded type of tsuba called?

I find them interesting enough to hopefully add some to my collection in the future (i did not purchase this and only found it through a google image search looking for a tsuba, IMO it didn't look like highend work but nice if it was maybe cheap just to hold).
