Les I'd like to see more pics of your koshirae up close if possible?

Bazza I for one are keen to see you're two handachi koshirae.

Greg

Greg and others, sorry for the delay, but here is my handachi/katana.  The blades is in sashikomi polish with TokuHo and katana mei (KIKU) ECHIZEN no KAMI MINAMOTO RAI NOBUYOSHI.  Its gorgeous thing...

My other handachi is a wakizashi currently in bits...

John, they are firmly attached.  I once, long ago, had another handachi I should have kept (lament, tear vase) where the ashi away from the tsuba (i.e., the 2nd one down the scabbard) was moveable and slid up and down... :bang:
