Have been given two different translations of this name and cannot seem to find any references (probably due to my lack of knowledge)

May have the opportunity to purchase, blade in dire need of polish,would not want to spend a fortune (limited resources)if this persons work is not know for quality.

Any information very much appreciated.Thanks in advance.
