I have what was described as a Hamano, Masayuki/Shozui 政 随 tsuba which is a gimei for the big name.

I found this mei which is a closer match to my tsuba and wondered if it was another smith of the same name

 

The image is from Wakayama V1 page 147

Could anyone give me an idea or precis of the writing on the right of the image?
