Help w/ papers - translation of signature on Yasuchika tsuba

To our respected advanced and super translators:

I request help getting the proper read of the signature on this tsuba.

I am finally cataloguing my small collection, and this is the only one I cannot read.

My quick efforts:

"Ansei third year (1856?) ?  ? ? ?"

"Commission ? ? ? ? ?"

"Hogen Yasuchika (w/ kao)".

Please correct me if I have the date wrong.

George,

Hello to Ampo for me. I hope your weather is as nice up there as it has been here.

You know I tend towards the earlier stuff, but I have 2 Edo kinko works.

The devil is that the shakudo is very unique (super high blue black polish), which means people always want to touch it AND that it is a devil to photograph.

Now I need to find out if Tamiya Norimatsu is anyone of recognition in history?

Photo attached.

I find that my pictures are lifted a lot, so I wont post the backside where it is signed.
