NTHK papers for tsuba with Chidori motif

Hi All,

 

Would anybody kindly help with the translation of these NTHK papers:

 

 

They refer to a tsuba currently on sale on eBay. To be clear, I am not interested in buying the tsuba: the price is too high for me, the seller's description dodgy, and the fact that they mistake NTHK for NBTHK does not inspire trust. However, the Chidori (?) motif strongly resembles the one of my first tsuba (on the left in the photo below, see also this thread):

 

 

Thus I am hoping to learn something more on what I have.

P.S. following this page, I'd say that the relevant columns in the certificate are:

 

- 3 (Attribution) on the front, where I recognize the "Akasaka Tadatoki" mentioned by the seller, but not the first three kanji.

 

- 10 (Motif) on the back, where the mid kanji of the right column might be 雁 (either wild geese, or glans

 

- 13 (Other remarks) on the back.

Above Akasaka Tadatoki is "Den Edo".

 

Motif:

 

群 - flock/ group

雁 - geese (could be glans but unlikely in this context) 

図 - design

透かし彫り - sukashi hori - fretwork/ openwork carving.

 

Other remarks:

江戸後期 - Edo Kouki - Late Edo period

 

Second column:

丸耳 - maru mimi - round rim

両櫃 - ryou hitsu - two hitsu ana

鉄磨地 - tetsu migaki ji - polished iron ground
