I tried a translation of this tsuba box

I thought the tsuba referenced the seven sages of the bamboo grove but not so sure now - more later, box first

Nice as I have two now

I bought the first one from Thierry Bernard (a sad lose to us all) with papers

 

This is where the NMB scores very well indead

Kyle knew I liked his tsuba but my funds were too low

I added the WWI parade sword which he liked so we did a swap and I paid the difference. Nice
