Can I suggest 'Mito school' (I've been wrong before) ?

Hello once again and  I would once more appreciate any comments or suggestions members might find time to make.

The tsuba measures 73 x 70 x 5.2  mm in the centre.

I think it is delicately made- if I can say that using a non-technical term.

Mito school ? Mid to late 1800s ?

Thank you again,

Roger d.
