Thank you both for your help. Unfortunately this one's in poor shape. The blade is in one piece but has some corrosion. The saya is falling apart. The mekugi turned to almost dust when removing. Looks like if it was in good shape about $600 to $800. I would not mind to keep it for a display item but I fear the owner would want too much. I'm guessing the value would be a lot lower. I get these swords in time to time. But was always feared of getting fakes. I brought some other Japanese Items That his Uncle brought back. He said he flew B25'.
