Doesn't look particularly well signed, does it? Will have to research the blade to see if it is Gendaito or not. Gimei Gendaito aren't common, but they are done sometimes. Could be ok though.

After the war Teruhide made wood cutting planes rather than swords in order to earn a living. The planes he produced cut well and sold for about 2,000,000 Japanese Yen.

The attached pictures show a plane of Teruhide made in 1979.

His successor is still making planes.
