Some Help Needed With Translations Please

The first two pictures are of a Katana with a long 27.5 inch blade in poor condition.

 

The second two are characters on the blade and mounting of a beautiful Wakizashi. The inscriptions under the handle are almost completely gone.

Who would you recomend to polish the blade or evaluate if it is even salvagable ? And yes, I know what it costs.
