I figured out the date:

Showa 52 year 3 month 20 day (20. March 1977)

 

Could somebody please read the important part for me?

Hi, absolutelly! I would pay for that. Markus did a few translations for me already but right now he does not have time... as I understood it will take some time until he takes translation jobs again with his work in the museum now.
