Saya samegawa wrap

Last year I had Fred Lohman repair my saya that had split with a samegawa wrap. Now in our cold dry weather the glue or resin they use to glue the same gawa is starting to peel back at the wrap seam. What's the best epoxy to use to glue it back down? Thanks in advance
