Hi

My friend has the offer to buy this sword so I said I ask on the NMB

You can see the Seki stamp so an arsental sword

He was told that some with this stamp were traditionally made and I've heard this argument before (maybe from a seller) but as far as I know none were traditionally made

So a translation if possible and any other info about the maker would be a bonus
