Steve and all,

 

"What goes HAHA plop??"  A clown laughing his head off!!!

 

That's me when laughing my head off as I looked at Chris' photo again! I thought without thinking, or checking, that the strokes ahead of "hachi" belonged to the -SEI of HEISEI.  DOH!!!
