Visible remnants of black lacquer on the plate. Areas with visible corrosion, scratches and scuffs commensurate with age, average condition overall. No box. $125 USD + Shipping Small Ko-Kinko Tsuba Age: Late Muromachi Material: Yamagane Height: 5.8cm Width: 4.9cm Thinckness at Nakago: 2mm Thickness at Mimi: 2mm Weight: 37.9g Nakago-ana height: 3.3cm Nakago-ana width bottom: 1.1cm Nakago-ana width top: 1mm Ko-Kinko Tsuba with a stamped floral motif. While small it is clear that it was mounted on an Uchigatana/Tachi given the size of the Nakago-ana. Areas with visible corrosion, scratches and scuffs commensurate with age, the plate is slightly warped, average condition overall. Quite small appears to have been mounted on a Tanto. Areas with visible corrosion, scratches and scuffs commensurate with age, rough condition overall.
